New Model: Merritt 58 Express SF

A new Merritt is always news to the passionate boaters on the North American side of the Atlantic, more so when this is the largest express the 1948 South Florida founded company has ever built.  A legend in its own right Merritt presents this new 58 Express SF, and what a beauty this custom sportfish yacht is. Presented in the just past Fort Lauderdale 2013, this new Merritt 58 Express strikes for its innovative layout. Interestingly this Merritt 58 features a lower deck fully dedicated to the cabins, with its main deck having the galley and dinette, all covered under the hard-top. Two cabins serve the guests sleeping four, and three more people can sleep in an open area. Another interesting feature of the 58 Express SF that it also features three helm stations included the one up top on the tuna tower.  Here the most interesting helm is the maneuvering for fishing or berthing one located on the raised part of the aft deck. The main helm station is located to starboard on the raised main deck.  Power is twin 1150hp Cat engines which give max speed of 37 knots.
