Improve-it = Marquis 720 Fly-Bridge

Designed by Nuvolari Lenard the Marquis 720 Fly-Bridge has been a success in the 22 meter flybridge motor yacht segment for the American boat builder. The three or four cabins layout choice below, the open plan of the main deck, and high standard of finishing have made the 720 Fly compete with the renowned World famous European builders. Now for 2014 during the Miami boat show Marquis showed the 720 Fly-Bridge with an important fore deck update what the US builder is calling the Portofino Edition. This new version features a forward seating dining area, what has become in recent years a popular arrangement in European style motor yachts, thanks to the privacy this gives especially when marina moored in the stern position. The fore settee also allows views to the guests when dining or chilling.

Project: Marquis 560

Marquis shows the rendering of an upcoming new 560 model.  This project is not entirely new as it is more a fine tuning of the 56 model; with new hull window port hole shapes, modified more curved radar arch, stylish hard top choice for the flybridge, and more extended in length aft bathing platform with up down movement.  Down below is a layout of three double cabins, with full beams midships located owners stateroom, VIP suite to fore, and double cabin with two singles in between. A single person crew cabin with shower head is located to aft.  The main deck is a split level saloon, with a dining galley area on the raised part to fore.  So far no lower helm choice is shown in the official web site, but if Marquis wants to attract buyers outside the American continent, they should make this as a choice to the buyer.  Power is six engine choices from Volvo, Man and Cat, in direct line shaft propulsion.  Standard engine is a Volvo 575hp and largest option is the Cat 865hp.

Project: Marquis 690 Fly Bridge

Marquis presents the project for a new 690 Fly Bridge model.  So far the 690 Fly Bridge model seems an update of the current 690 with new circle shape port holes, and different more aggressive big view windows serving the owner full beam stateroom.  Another different design seems also the hard covering the flybridge.  The new tweaks of the 690 should make it more online and similar looking to the current flagship of the Marquis line the 720. If this model will offer a different layout below to the current three stateroom plan, and a different engine power propulsion package we still don't know.
