Project: ISA Yachts Gran Turismo 80M

ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, is delighted to announce that the new project Future, ISA Gran Turismo 80 metres, under construction at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard in Ancona, is taking shape with the steel hull nearing completion. The vessel was sold in July this year and will be delivered in 2027. Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi, who penned the exterior lines, will also be responsible for the interior design. The naval architecture will be completed by Palumbo Superyachts’ in-house team. ISA GT 80 is a sporty coupĂ© with sinuous lines that breaks down the boundaries between indoors and out to create a unique and sophisticated fil rouge. The studied contrast between the hull colour, in steel grey with charcoal details, and the minimal windows confers an even slender appearance to the project and emphasizes its horizontal element. The sky-lounge housing the wheelhouse looks like set back so as not to break the slender line and to emphasize the distinctive ISA arch, here even more dynamic, which connects all the decks. Forward on the main deck, we find the infinity pool connected to the owner cabin via a lit up path with great scenic impact. The owner cabin is a true glasshouse, where the most unobtrusive uprights give centre stage to the opening floor-to-ceiling windows enhancing the sense of continuity between indoors and out. The outdoor furnishing is organic, characterized by round shapes and very modern curves combined with warm wood for a glamorous yet high-quality elegance. The equipped gym is located on the starboard side of the upper deck, which is the bridge where also the wheelhouse and the captain cabin are set. On the main deck, ISA GT 80 features 5 double cabins, including a VIP with lounge. The owner cabin located on the upper deck forward comprises two bathrooms, one with tub and shower, a vanity area, two wardrobes and an office. A sixth VIP cabin with twin beds has been provided on the lower deck. The crew area on the lower deck consists of ten cabins that can accommodate up to eighteen people.

Project: ISA Yachts Gran Turismo 33

ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, announces the project for a new Granturismo 33 metres with sinuous lines and a sophisticated soul. The exterior and interior design is by Architect Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design, while the naval engineering is by ISA Yachts. Inspired by its older sisters, ISA GT 33 is a competitive project aiming to encapsulate the incisive shapes, the innovations and the original details of the Granturismo line. The exterior design portrays a great coupé effect through the pronounced bow, the superstructure located toward the stern and the arches connecting all the decks: the traits that have made the ISA brand so distinctive all over the world. On both the main and the upper deck, continuity between the indoor and outdoor layout is achieved through the use of the same materials and the purposeful design of the lighting system. The placing of these areas on a single-level floor further facilitates the merging to create a dynamic and versatile environment. To this purpose, the cockpit sofas on the main deck have been designed so as not to obstruct the view from indoor. Typical of all ISA GT projects, the upper deck features a circular dining room which, thanks to the 180-degree sliding window, opens the view on the cockpit, again to the purpose of creating a single indoor-outdoor space. Compact yet functional, ISA GT 33 has a hydro-massage swimming pool in the bow. ISA GT 33 can accommodate up to ten people, with the owner cabin located on the main deck forward, while two VIP and two double cabins with twin beds are below deck. The service is guaranteed by five crew members. With aluminium hull and superstructure, ISA Gran Tutismo 33 is equipped with twin MTU 1620hp engines powering it to a top speed of 21 knots and guaranteeing a cruise speed of 19 knots.

Project: ISA Yachts 80 Continental

ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, leader in the construction and sale of custom and semi custom superyachts, confirms that the construction of the steel hulled Continental 80 is progressing smoothly on schedule.  The interior fitting is expected to start in January 2022 with a potential delivery to the Owner in early 2024.  Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design penned the exterior lines, while the naval architecture is by Palumbo Superyachts.  The construction is an ‘on spec’ project started and financed by ISA Yachts to reduce delivery times and offer a well-established naval platform adjustable between 70 and 80 meters of length.  The ISA brand has always been synonym for excellence and quality and the 35 superyachts, between 30 and 66 metres delivered from 2002 to date, actually prove it. Project ISA Continental 80 is a very architectural yacht with well balanced volumes and ‘streamlined’ lines. Its exterior design is highlighted by squared and rigorous windows for incredible panoramic views from all the main indoor areas.  A distinctive detail is given by the terraces in the central section of the boat; in particular, the one on the Upper Deck looks like a real balcony and lets more light flood the salon.  Other strategic areas are just as brightly lit, like the gym in the Sky-lounge and the salons on the Upper and Main Deck. Another emblematic feature of this yacht is the stern infinity pool. Its rectangular shape spans the beam of the deck and stands out for its aft wall formed by 2 glass sheets with water cascading between them.  So arranged, the swimming pool leaves ample room for large sunpads and lounging, transforming this portion of the Main Deck into an extension of the actual beach area to which is connected by a flight of stairs. The Upper Deck can be considered a proper owner’s deck with lounge and living areas astern and the master suite forward. Equipped also with touch-and-go landing, the yacht ensures direct access to the owner’s quarters for maximum privacy.  The interiors will be designed by Luca Dini will have seven cabins accommodating up to twelve passengers assisted by nineteen crew members housed in ten cabins. 80 Continental is to be powered by twin MTU 3003hp engines reaching a seventeen knots maximum speed and a twelve knot cruise speed with a range of 6200 nautical miles.

Project: ISA Yachts Extra X99 Fast

Extra Yachts, a brand of ISA Yachts and part of the Palumbo Group, is pleased to announce the project of the new Extra X99. Innovation and uniqueness are the key factors for the success of this line, which is now enriched with this new thirty meter project, which has already sold two units of the plan. Extra X99 stems from the know-how of Palumbo technical team and Guida Design who developed both exterior design and engineering. The interior is by Luca Dini. The cockpit, with its 65 square metres, together with a transformer on the deck, provides also a large sundeck, a living area with two large C-shaped sofas, a dual-mode dining table and bar counter to make the most of conviviality at the astern galley,  a distinctive feature of the Extra layout seen on the X76 and X86 models. In addition, two opening balconies have been integrated into this area. Other distinctive attributes of Extra X99 are the generously sized Jacuzzi located at the bow and the large fly bridge with a sizeable living area served by a table operated by an up-down mechanism and the sundeck. The integrated solar panels covering the ceiling of the hall generate green energy for utilities and lighting. The lower deck includes a VIP suite forward and two large double cabins with twin beds, all with private bathrooms. Amidships, the full beam master stateroom with bathroom, walk-in closet and sofa. Planning hull and superstructure in GRP with carbon reinforcements are combined with twin MTU 2600hp and hydro-jet propulsion pushing the X99 to a maximum speed of 34 knots. Delivery for hull one is scheduled in 2022.

New Model: ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO

ISA Super Sportivo 100ft GTO is the new silver colour arrow with a sporty design featuring a carbon fibre infused hull combined with a lightweight carbon superstructure.  Performance is certainly the main ingredient thanks to her three Man 2000hp engines and jet propulsion which, during the first sea trials reached a maximum speed of 55 knots. Therefore, this model becomes fully part of the worldwide fastest boats currently on the market in this category.  A legend that began a few years ago when Giuseppe Palumbo entrusted Marco Casali the development of the new ISA Super Sportivo line. A market niche for super speed enthusiasts that introduces in the history of ISA the use of jet propulsion on one of the shipyard’s best seller the 120t Sport and the 140t Sport.  The Owner of Aldabra immediately loved the lines and believed in the project. A top-level technical team led by Engineer Arnaboldi and specialized in performance boats worked to develop the water lines and aerodynamics. ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO took shape at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard, Ancona; Marco Casali from Too Design looked after both the exterior and the interior, liaising with the carbon fibre specialized staff of the site technical office. Once again, ISA Yachts confirms itself as an innovative and dynamic brand capable of facing increasingly exciting challenges.  The sleek lines are emphasized by the high deep-V shaped bow and by the profile that drops rapidly down to the stern. The deckhouse has a pronounced sheer line that perfectly matches the large double-curved front windows of 5 sqm each, divided by the gull-wing door to access the cockpit.  The boat performance is stylistically amplified by the big air intakes playing a dynamic role when positioned above the hard top.  Astern and forward the sizeable open surfaces make it a unique product in its category, while the large opening glass panels of the hard top still ensure maximum comfort even in the covered areas of the cockpit.  The great attention to the weight of this ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO has led to the installation of innovative solutions in addition to lighter furniture, flooring and ceiling. Indeed, the deck flooring is in a special closed cell marine grade foam which, in addition to being light, is also very soft to the touch, easy to maintain, does not heat up under summer high temperatures and guarantees unmatched soundproofing.  On the starboard and port side of the cockpit we find two electric lift carbon tables serving as coffee or dining tables or as a large relaxation surface when covered with their cushions. Four Frau Donald armchairs, leather upholstered, complete the area.  The Furuno dashboard is central, ergonomic and perfectly integrates with the cockpit design.  The interior, available in several options from three to five guest cabins in addition to the two crew cabins accommodating four people with separate access from the cockpit, are totally customizable and characterized by a design aimed to maximise light and confer an iconic architecture on spaces.  Hull One of the Super Sportivo 100 GTO M/Y Aldabra has 5 double cabins with private bathrooms. The full-beam owner cabin is located amidships and has a double bathroom with a central pass-through shower.  The cockpit and lower deck finishes are in leather, carbon and steel to enhance the modern, clean and essential style of the whole project. Great attention has been paid to the light design using integrated LED strips to highlight specific details.  A four metre tender is housed in the aft garage and can be hauled launched through a tender slide system with a winch. ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO is also equipped with a transformer and a Seakeeper 35 for maximum comfort on board.

Project: ISA Yachts Gran Turismo 45 meters

ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, is pleased to announce the sale of a new 45-meter superyacht from the GT Gran Turismo series.  This new construction represents a new era for the Gran Turismo line of the Ancona shipyard, which became famous following the delivery of the 66-meter and 43-meters models.  Designed by Enrico Gobbi for the exterior design and Luca Dini for the interior, this project with steel hull and aluminum superstructure combines style, sportiness and dynamism.  ISA GT 45 is already under construction at the Ancona shipyard of Palumbo Superyachts and will be delivered to its owner in summer 2020.  For her exterior profile, Enrico Gobbi has revisited some of ISA Yachts characteristics such as the pronounced external arches connecting the hull to the superstructure and enriched with distinctive sports cars features such as the fancy air intakes.  The silhouette is slender, with strong and flowing lines.  The volume of the superstructure has been deliberately concentrated astern in keeping with the proportions typical of a sports coupè car.  Despite its slender exterior lines, ISA GT 45’s interior space is impressively roomy so to easily accommodate eight guests in four large cabins and a luxurious full-beam master suite with balcony and private direct access to the bow sunbathing area.  The large-size windows run along the profile, providing the master cabin and the main salon with breathtaking views.  ISA GT 45 accommodates a crew of up to seven and provides a range of 3500 nautical miles at a speed of twelve knots.  Among her most individual features, in the aft section are worth mentioning the largest swimming pool ever seen on a yacht of this length and the beach club/ gym with glass doors at sea level.  The interior style by Luca Dini is contemporary, a fair balance between precious and natural materials with the addition of some “high-tech” elements such as carbon mainly used to make the bespoke furniture assign timeless elegance and precious emotions to the superyacht.

Below deck, the full-beam owner’s cabin features a special entrance area for privacy sake and includes an en-suite bathroom with twin basins, a shower and a separate bath tub, as well as a convenient walk-in closet. The continuity between the bedroom and the basin area enhances the felling of comfort of the whole suite. The three guest cabins include two twins and a double VIP room forward, with the closets and shielding conveniently placed in order to perfectly insulate these spaces from the crew area.  The original look expresses the distinctive character and unique personality of Extra 76: the play of contrasts on the yacht’s sides between light-colored fiberglass and dark glazing recalls at first glance the lines of a traditional sport yacht seen from a contemporary perspective. The large glazed surfaces are combined like part of a crystal sphere, and offer plenty of natural light and unprecedented room to the elegant living areas.  The design of the layout grants top livability through all the areas: for instance, the exceptional cockpit/beach club of over 50 square meters, truly unique for even larger yachts, which allows guests to enjoy the contact with the sea in absolute comfort. The cockpit delivers unusual volumes, on three levels dropping down to the water.  The fly deck, whose shape perfectly complements the sinuous look of Extra 76, offers a second helm station, an area for socializing with wet bar and a C-shaped sofa, and a huge sun lounging pad. It's the best area to enjoy a long cruise or to dine together, from a privileged point of view.  The propulsion for ISA Yachts 76 Extra  relies on two efficient Volvo 800hp engines with IPS forward looking pod propulsion that take the boat to a maximum speed of 21 knots and provide a range of over 700 nautical miles at cruising speed.  Living the sea in harmony with nature also means respect for the environment. The meticulous design process focused on the development of a hull with minimum water resistance. This feature, and the big capacity of fuel tanks and generators mean that guests of Extra 76 can embark on long cruises with a view to maximum environmental sustainability.  The glazed surfaces in the saloon incorporate photo-voltaic cells to generate clean power. This is used to recharge the service batteries, so that equipment like lights and appliances can be used without turning on the generators at anchor and leave the soundtrack on nature.  The care taken over reducing environmental impact, low consumption and big, well-lit spaces available on board make Extra 76 an unparalleled choice for owners who want to enjoy a relaxing cruise to the full, in total harmony with the sea and attentive to 'green' solutions, in one word: eco-friendly.  ISA Yachts 76 Extra premiered at the Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous in May.

ISA Yachts New Web Site

International Shipyards Ancona, better known to the general public as ISA Yachts presents a new version for its World wide web Internet showroom. Founded in 1998 by a group of managers from Ancona, in 2006 it is taken over by Yachting Investors Group, and in 2016 again by the the Neapolitan Palumbo Group.  ISA has been a huge success in the Super Yacht market in recent years, fueled by booming orders in this sector. ISA started building its first super yacht in 2001 which it launches in 2003 and this was a 47.50 meter, and as history say the Adriatic Sea based builder has not looked much back ever since. Since 2001 ISA Yachts had delivered 32 super yachts from 37 up to 66 meters.  The most successful ISA model has been the 120 Sport delivered in eleven units from 2005 till 2017. The success of ISA is not only based on the design but also on flexibility which the yard says is among the best in the Super Yachting World. The new ISA Yachts website is available in English language and takes you around with the following buttons; Welcome, Yachts, Projects, About Us, News, and Contact. Project: ISA Yachts Extra 76

ISA Yachts debuts its new line designed by Francesco Guida with Extra 76, a 23 meters explorer yacht that develops a new concept, giving guests the chance to live in close contact with the nature, creating a direct feeling with the sea both in navigation and at anchor, using all the comfort given by the large outside and inside volumes.  Extra is a yacht with features that are significantly quite different from the other ISA models. Unusual lines, smaller dimensions, and an innovative concept of use.  The exterior look of Extra 76 expresses a distinctive character and a unique personality: a play of contrasts between light-colored fiberglass and dark glazing recalls the lines of  traditional Italian yachts. Looking at the winding, charming shape reveals the impressive, full-height volume that extends almost to the bow. The large vertical and horizontal glazed surfaces are combined like part of a crystal sphere, and offer plenty of natural light and unprecedented space for a yacht 23 meters long.  The open air life is guaranteed by generous outdoor spaces, the aft deck cockpit delivers unusual volumes, with a central section furnished with big sofas, a table, and a maxi sun lounging pad aft, and then to stern the swim platform. The fly deck appearing invisible from the outside offers a second helm station, a C-shaped sofa and a huge sun lounging pad.
