Hargrave Super Yacht Fire in Fort Lauderdale

A Hargrave 98 super yacht m/y Tigers Eye caught fire in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday sixteenth May  early morning, just as the fire fighters of Fort Lauderdale where fending off another super yacht only one mile apart.  Fifty fire fighters where employed to stop the fire, which looked to have started from the upper structure.  No injuries where reported, and the Hargrave which was berthed in the Lauderdale canals alongside a residence was later in the morning towed away.
M/Y Tigers Eye is a Hargrave 98 Skylounge model build in 2008 with an accommodation plan offering nine berths in four cabins, and was powered by twin 1675hp Cat engines, enabling her to reach top speeds up to twenty knots and a cruise of eighteen.  Apart the Skylounge other notable features of this Hargrave 98 was the full beam saloon.
