Project: Sea Ray L550 Fly

Sea Ray became a serious contender in the luxury yacht market with the debut of its L-Class line-up three years ago, and the new L550 Fly will only further cement this status. Blending Sea Ray lines with a modern Europe aesthetic, the L550 Fly is, like its larger L-Class siblings, a seamless blend of style and substance. Throughout the yacht, advanced technologies enhance comfort and ease of use, including vacuum infusion structures and a state-of-the-art digital switching system. Livability is exceptional; the lower level features a luxurious full-beam master suite with resort-style head, as well as two additional staterooms and a guest head. On the main deck, a sprawling, sunlit salon with galley opens to a large, social cockpit, where options including a grill and sunshade encourage gathering.  Perhaps the most defining feature of the L550 Fly is its well-appointed flybridge, geared toward entertaining a group with ease. The upper helm station, as well as the standard lower helm, will features latest electronics. Twin Cats 850hp inboards are available with joystick control for effortless docking, and an available Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizer will adds comfort to what is already a reassuring ride.  Official presentation at Fort Lauderdal boat show in early November.
