New Model: Sarnico 60 Gran Turismo

The 2008 Genoa Boat Show saw the arrival of the Sarnico 60 Gran Turismo dedicated to those clients who want to use a boat in all seasons. Sarnico 60 Gran Turismo differentiates from this standard model for its closed cockpit, with a central opening glassed overlapping patio door, which can be fixed in the open position to allow access to the main deck. Closing the cockpit allows this area to be used 365 days a year and also the possibility to air condition it, heating or cooling according to ones needs. This main living area in the 60 Gran Turismo has also been decked out with bleached oak floor and dark brown leather pilot chairs up front catch the eye as does the bronze underside of the hard top. The ample table, long sofas, LCD TV and Bose stereo system adds to the space full time use, thanks to the fine surroundings and views make this main living area usable in all weathers. Below deck we find the ample galley able to cater for a large numbers of guests and equipped with a fridge, freezer, wine cellar, four burner electric cooktop, large oven and a double sink which would not be out of place in the home. Accommodation is for 3 double cabins, with the owners cabin centrally positioned, VIP cabin to fore, separate guest cabin aft, and a single crew cabin also aft for the crew. The style and class of the furniture and finishing continues Sarnico workmanship of skilled artisans and an indelible imprint of their care and attention to detail in every aspect of the boat, from all its hidden parts to every detail and component. Propelled by twin MAN common rail engines of 1100hp, the Sarnico 60 can reach a max of 38 knots and achieve a high cruising speed of 33 knots even in choppy seas, thanks to its extraordinary hull and the central positioning of the engines which grant great stability. This new Gran Turismo version breaths life into the Sarnico 60 as a grand Sport Yacht, able to match the performance of the original in a full year usable comfort.
